Pleasant Pools & Spas ("we," "us," or "our") operates pleasantpools.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit a consultation or service request form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, and anything you write in the message field. If you use the Price Your Pool tool and then contact us, the pool configuration you built is included with your request.
• Basic hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we may review in aggregate to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not use tracking cookies. The site stores your accessibility preferences and Price Your Pool selections in your own browser's local storage — that data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you submit a form.

How we use your information

We use the contact information you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry — scheduling consultations, answering service requests, and following up on your project. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to our team.

Third-party services

• Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• YouTube videos are embedded in some blog articles; if you play one, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Financing partners (Lyon Financial, HFS Financial, LightStream) receive information from you only if you choose to apply with them directly — we don't share your details with lenders.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
